As a local organizer, you’ll play a key role in mobilizing participants, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the event is a success. GUIDELINES

Lead With Purpose & Make An Impact

As a Chief Coordinator for the upcoming “Run for Jesus – 2025” event, you will be entrusted with the responsibility to guide and inspire your team toward a successful, meaningful event. The ideal candidate for this role should embody the following qualities:

  • Ecumenical / Servant Leadership

    Embrace the principles of servant leadership by fostering an inclusive environment that welcomes all denominational Churches. Your role is to unite the team, promoting cooperation and empowering each member to contribute toward achieving the shared vision.

  • Passion for Community and the WORD

    While holding a formal Church leadership role is not a requirement, you should bring a deep passion for spreading the Word and serving the community. Let this drive your commitment and inspire your team to carry the same enthusiasm for the mission.

  • Core Team Dynamics

    Build a dynamic and well-rounded Core Team of at least 12 members, ensuring a mix of skills and backgrounds, including a minimum of 6 youth leaders. Your team will be vital in extending the Run for Jesus to all Mandals and villages within your district, ensuring the event’s reach grows wider each year.

  • Fundraising and Financial Accountability

    As the Chief Coordinator, it’s crucial to explore every potential avenue for fundraising. This includes seeking sponsorships from participating Churches and commercial establishments. Ensure all financial processes are transparent and accountable, maintaining trust with donors and partner Churches.

Each piece is designed to make the name of Jesus visible in everyday life, sparking curiosity and conversations. By wearing and sharing these items, you become an active part of spreading the Gospel, one conversation at a time.
